Fee Policy

Ibadah Quran Academy is managed by a dedicated team committed to providing structured and high-quality Quran education online.


Free Trial

We offer a complimentary trial period so students can experience our teaching method before making any commitment. You are free to continue or discontinue after the trial without any obligation.


Fee Structure & Payments

  • Our courses operate on a monthly subscription basis.
  • Payment is required in advance before the start of each billing cycle.
  • The first payment is due immediately after the trial period ends.
  • Monthly fees remain fixed and are not adjusted based on attendance.
  • Once a new month begins, the fee becomes non-refundable, regardless of withdrawal during that period.
  • Each payment covers a standard 4-week schedule, which cannot be extended.

Attendance & Missed Classes

  • If a student does not attend a scheduled class without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and no replacement class will be arranged.
  • Students are responsible for informing the academy in advance if they are unable to attend.
  • Missed classes without notice are still counted within the monthly fee.
  • If a teacher is unavailable due to any valid reason, a make-up class will be arranged at a mutually convenient time within the same month.

Class Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is allowed in genuine situations such as illness or emergencies.
  • A minimum of 2 hours’ notice is required to request a change.
  • Rescheduling requests are limited to 1–2 times per month to maintain consistency.
  • All make-up sessions must be completed within the same billing cycle.

Carry Forward of Classes

  • If sessions cannot be completed due to unavoidable circumstances and rescheduling is not feasible, they may be adjusted in the following month, subject to approval.

Pausing Classes

  • Students who wish to temporarily pause their classes must inform the academy in advance.
  • Any prepaid fee will be carried forward to the next active month only.

Teacher & Time Slot Reservation

  • To retain the same teacher and preferred schedule after a break, a partial advance payment (50%) may be required to secure the slot.

Late Payments

  • Timely payment ensures uninterrupted classes.
  • Failure to pay within the due date may result in the temporary suspension of lessons until payment is received.

Family Plans

  • Discounted family packages are available.
  • If any member discontinues, the remaining students’ fees will be revised according to standard pricing.

Annual Fee Adjustment

  • Fees may be revised annually with a small increment (approximately 5%) to maintain service quality.

Cancellation Policy

  • A 30-day prior notice is required to discontinue classes.
  • This allows proper scheduling adjustments and resource planning.

Public Holidays (Eid)

  • On Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha, classes remain suspended.
  • These days are considered paid holidays, and no compensation classes or refunds are provided.

Purpose of the Fee

Our academy does not operate on donations. The fees collected are essential to sustain and improve our services.

Your payment supports:

  • Qualified teachers providing one-on-one attention
  • Administrative and operational support
  • Technical infrastructure (internet, devices, and software)
  • Platform maintenance and class management systems

We emphasize that the Quran itself is beyond any monetary value. The fee strictly covers the services and resources required to deliver effective learning.
